Doug Foss reported that the club is participating with other agencies in the purchase of a specialized helmet for a little girl. The helmet is designed to correct cranial issues. Five hundred dollars is the clubs commitment which was passed by the membership.
Harley Macklin reported on plans for the State of the City event to take place at the Stringer Fine Arts Building on January 21, 2015 with ceremonies beginning at 7:00 a.m. He is urging every Ambuc to plan to attend this event in order to increase more awareness of our club.
Todays Program, The Kansas Sampler presented by Marci Penner. The Sampler seeks to recognize rural culture throughout the state including art, interesting attractions festivals, customs, sustain small business, and bring attention to the eight wonders of Kansas.
