Curtis Mitchell reported on the 2nd Annual Salt City Bowl featuring the Hutchinson Community College Blue Dragons Vs. Eastern Arizona Gila Monsters on December 4th at 1:00pm at Gowans Stadium. Our club is selling T-shirts at this event and advance orders indicate we will have a successful fund raiser. This link connects to the Salt City Bowl site: http://www.saltcitybowl.com/

PROGRAM: Program manager Reno County Sheriff Randy Henderson introduced Sergeant Larry Dyer who introduced todays guests and program presenters: Elizabeth Bossell, todays featured speaker: Crystal Most, law enforcement secretary: John Tracy, Deputy Investigator of the District Attorney: Mary Lyons, mother of Elizabeth Bossell. Bossell spoke of the phone call she received telling her that her only child Dominique Green 21 years old had died as a result of a two vehicle collision, a victim of a drunk driver who was driving on the wrong side of the highway 2 miles south of Hutchinson. Bossell now partners with the sheriffs office and Sgt. Dyer to take the message against drunk driving to the middle and high schools in Reno County. An excellent account on this story appears in todays Hutchinson News at this on-line link: http://hutchnews.com/Todaystop/DUI–Program–1

50/50 Drawing: Won by Sheriff Henderson, $24.

Newsletter Drawing: Curtis Mitchell did not know the question nor the answer. Furthermore he claims he never reads the newsletter. Looks like fine material.
