TUIT REPORT

Greg West had the TUIT this week and raised some money by fining Jay Pitzer, Bob Bush,

Dan Power, Scott Horton, Rick Mitchell and Terry Brigman for not asking about the TUIT.

Lori Hopp, Randy Henderson and Darren Wicks all remembered to ask.

I think Paul Brown asked!??!

He either asked or was making obscene gestures at me

at the Chamber Breakfast on Wednesday.

Whatever it was, it earned him the honor of carrying the TUIT for this coming week!

PROGRAM:

Tom Stanton introduced Magistrate Judge Joe McCarville who was elected in November of 2004. The Judge discussed many issues including: security at the courthouse, new schedules for dockets, PFA docket and arrest reports. Mr. McCarville has been able to arrange his schedule to hear more cases in a more efficient manner.

Club Announcements

Second Reading: New Officers and Board members were approved.

Second Reading: $500.00 was approved by the club for Gabriel Peters for some computer equipment.

T-Shirts: Don Grossardt needs volunteers to do t-shirts for the Little River Suicide Run May 28th

Installation Banquet: The annual Installation Banquet will be held at The Tiffany House on June 17th, 2005. The program will be a Dinner Theatre presented by our waiters!

$15.00 per person.

Happy Hour starts at 6:00pm

Committee Preferences: JoAnn Williams handed out committee Preference Sheets for all to fill out and return.

FINES

Jim Kicklighter and Brad Thompson issued the following fines:

Greg West and Jeff Frizell late to meeting / Vicki Fultz suck up tax for kind words to Doc Powers / Scott Horton cell phone went off last week IOU as Scott was not present. Tom Hymer was forced to pay Scotts fine then Toms cell phone went off today! / Guy Gann fined for some kind of email the rest of us didnt understand / Dean Brigman membership renewal tax / Greg West fined for joining Prairie Dunes and not knowing who the President was / Rick Mitchell answered correctly during Prairie Dunes quiz by knowing 2 of the honorary members of Prairie Dunes. / Doug Foss turns 55 May 21st, 2005. Happy Birthday!

JoAnn Williams bought a fine and announced that her youngest daughter, Stephanie is graduating from Buhler High School!

Vicki Fultz gave us an update on her father who is doing better after having heart problems.
