SGT. REPORT: President Parr was fined for a very, very late ring-in for the meeting along with 11 members of the Board. Colby paid to plug the Reins of Hope golf tournament on June 12 (he will have applications next week). Jeff paid for a Big Birthday for his wife (40?). Donny Grossardt paid to brag on his son, Jason (graduated 5-14-16, married 6-4-16, new job 6-20-16, All Set!).

RODEO QUEENS ARE COMING TO BREAKFAST THIS FRIDAY!!! Doyle Ehling announced that six Rodeo Queens are coming to breakfast on the 20th. The 54th Annual Abbyville Rodeo is on Friday, May 20, 2016 and Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 8:00 P.M. each night. Saturday Night includes a BBQ from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Support a truly local event and attend.
ICE CREAM BOOTH: Fred Conner announced that 3 or 4 volunteers are needed to serve during the cycling event at the Kansas State Fairgrounds on Sunday, May 29. If you are available from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., please give Fred a call.

BOARD REPORT: The Board voted to fund a wheelchair ramp and to provide additional publicity for the $12,000.00 dollars donated annually by the club.
2016-17 Elections: Contact Dorinda Simmons about serving as an officer for the upcoming AMBUC year! The elections will need to be conducted soon or the current officers will be held over!
