GUESTS: Ted Bender with Hurst Chiropractic was a guest last week, but I forgot to list him.
FINES: Ward Davis and Jeff Brewer were our Sgts.-at-Arms. Dennis Reiser, Eric Steinle and Duke Wiggins were fined for being late. Scott Saylor left a dollar for his early-withdrawal tax or for being late, were not sure. Jay Pitzer was fined for being too friendly with Marilyn in the lobby. After fining Guy Gann and Al Strecker for no pins they decided to pin-check the rest of us.
TUIT: Darren Wicks after a two week long and winding road of travels had Dan Power, Jay Pitzer, Jim Shaw, Bob Bush, Jim Kicklighter, Randall Haltom and John Knipp fined for not asking about the TUITs well being. He gave the TUIT to John Knipp.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: There is a T-shirt Committee meeting Next Friday at 6:15 AM. Dennis Reiser passed around the sign-up sheets again for working the NJCAA tournament. Please sign up! We also voted on the generic tournament design transfer.

MEETING: Bob Bush provided information from last weeks Regional Board Meeting that he attended. Several of the dates listed above are fundraisers the other clubs are having. Bob also passed out a copy of the 2007-2008 Board Action Plan that was developed following the board retreat a few weeks ago. You should also have received a copy of this by e-mail. Please read it and provide feedback to Bob about those issues listed. Many of those items were discussed including the best way to handle the occasional monthly shortfall of cash for monthly operating expenses. Possible options discussed were a dues increase, a pre-approved amount for automatic transfer by the treasurer when a shortfall exists, a special fundraiser with those funds designated to monthly operating expense rather than charities, as possible options. Please provide feedback to Bob or any board member so a decision can be made soon.
