TUIT REPORT

This editor assessed a fine on Lori Hopp for failing to ask at a Chamber Ribbon Cutting. Greg West

and Darren Wicks were at the ribbon cutting also, but were AWOL for the meeting. Larry Sloan had his wife,

Barb, ask at the Hutch High football game. The TUIT was then given a spark, so to speak, by being delivered to

Jason Jones.

PROGRAM:

AMTRYKES were given as promised to Trevor and Katy. The children were joined by their mothers, Donnie the dog and therapist, Van Tubbs.

Our speaker, Bill Drews, brought a proposal regarding Gowans stadium. Mr. Drews proposes a scaled-back renovation which has a total cost of $1,000,000. His proposal adds 800 individual seats, an updated press box and new restrooms. An East side structure would also be added which has a dressing room and concession stand. This proposal is not on the ballot on November 2. A vote against the Gowans proposal on the ballot is not a vote for this particular project.
