Dr. Carter File President, Hutchinson Community College presented his vision of HCC as a learning institution with a variety specific courses appropriate to today’s students. HCC was founded in 1928 , employs 311 people full time, and 562 part time. Students come from McPherson and Harvey counties. On line education provides transfer programs, technical skills. The renovation of the Sports Arena is on budget. Ten thousand attend HCC each year.
