Happy Thanksgiving 2014. The club will not meet on Friday 28th. The next meeting will be Friday December 5, 2014
Todays guests, Terry Bisbee second time guest, Reta Joy Campbell
The Financial Separation Sergeants reacted when Colby said Reta Joy has no excuse to avoid a fine. President Jeff learned that being grumpy has a price. Jeff Brewer had no thank you notes, but it is unknown what law he broke. Paul Hardenburger paid for an article in the newspaper. Carol Carr was late. Thad Bartley forgot to sit next to Colby. Duke tried to make his Dish Washer work by doing everything except to push the on button. Then Doug, Larry, and John now know that smiling is taxable, good grief. Well, that is most of the story and the sergeants rang the bell to signal the end of their duty. And the crowd applauded.
President Jeff conducted the installation of new member Scott Cooley. Be sure to introduce yourself to Scott and welcome him into the club.
Jeff Brewer won the Lucky Aces pot a week or two ago and decided to apply his winnings to the Sweet Shop account. Congratulations Jeff!
The 2014 AMBUCS CLASSIC on November 21, 2014 at the Hutchinson Sports Arena was a great success. Thanks go to Randal for organizing this event, and also to President Jeff for addressing the crowd during half-time. Other Ambucs assisted with the presentation of a new Amtryke to Brylee Starks, 3 years old, who took a ride on her new AmTryke. Awesome! And thanks to Kathy Hanks for her report in the Hutchinson News. http://www.hutchnews.com/news/local_state_news/a-bike-for-brylee/article_5fa2792b-9cd7-525b-8e19-5ad776770838.html
