Scott even had to pay a fine for screwing up one too many questions. Some of us who have been here for a while have played this same game before. Harley Macklin paid to tell us a story about a heroic Hutchinson Police officer. Dennis paid to announce that he and Julie will be returning to their hometown of Iowa City, IA. You both will be missed very much and we wish you both the very best!

PROGRAM: Chuck Peterson introduced Jana Durham, Hutchinson Zoo Director. Jana came to Hutchinson 11 years ago from the Emporia Zoo. In 2011 animal husbandry guidelines, the ability to maintain water quality and animal welfare issues forced zoo management to move their two North American River Otters off exhibit. So Willie and Kyra, the zoos otters, are in need of a new habitat to call home. Money can be donated directly to the zoo for this cause through their Give & Get campaign. There will also be a fundraiser held Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th with Vettes & Harleys at the zoo presented by the Central Kansas Corvette Association. A $5 donation to the new Otter exhibit is suggested to tour the zoo on those days. Vehicle exhibitor fees will also be charged to raise funds for the exhibit. You can find more information about this event and much more about the zoo at www.hutchgov.com/zoo .
