TUIT REPORT:
Bob I have no shame Bush fined all AMBUCS on the planet for not asking about the TUIT. First, Al S. and Jeff B. were fined for not asking only two hours after the meeting while they played golf with Bob. Then Bob launched an e-mail scheme for all AMBUCS who were chamber members to contact him to confirm their membership. The following AMBUCS confirmed and forgot to ask: Duke W., Steve C., Scott S., Brad T., Scott P., Randall H., Jim K., Lori H., Doyle E., Jay P. and David R. Next, Bob decides that his ruse is advertising for the chamber and the Ambassadors should be fined both past and present: Dan P., Jeff B. and this editor. Bob concludes his heartless assessments with fines on Preston C. (asked, but advertised), Steve H. (didnt ask at Star) and Al S. (Bob sat next to Als wife and she didnt ask). Bob then passed the TUIT to the kinder and gentler Jim Kicklighter who will surely show mercy upon the now financially destitute AMBUCS.
PROGRAM:
Brad Thompson of Bridgman Oil provided our impromptu program on propane safety. Propane is highly flammable and heavier than air. 2% propane in air ignites. Propane expands from a liquid to 270 times its volume when exposed to air. Storage of propane should be outside away from structures. Tanks of propane must be transported upright at all times. Safety valves on propane tanks should be checked at regular intervals by trained and experienced vendors. Remember when using propane gas grills to turn off the gas at the tank also. If you are unsure of anything regarding the use or storage of propane, contact Brad to be safe.
